For Annalena Miano, we photographed a series of headshots. The seven images by Maxime Burri show her in different outfits and in several outdoor settings: in front of a blue shipping container, at a facade with industrial windows, against a pale house wall and at a metal railing with water in the background.

The shots were taken in daylight with a shallow depth of field, so that her face stays clearly in focus and the location only adds colour and texture. The clothing changes from a cobalt blue shirt to a beige coat and a pinstripe blazer, then to a red striped shirt and an orange jumper. The result is a selection with clearly different moods, from calm and close to open and in motion.
