formentor vz

For Cupra, we photographed the Formentor VZ in white with copper coloured wheels. The series by Maxime Burri consists of five images and plays out in two settings: in front of the pale, grid-like facade of a modern building and on a gravel area above a mountain valley.

The driver is part of every shot. He walks past the car, sits on its roof, looks out from the driver's seat towards green mountain slopes while raindrops sit on the window, and runs towards the car in a drone shot taken from above. This way, the pictures show not only the vehicle itself but also the situations in which it is driven.
