porsche zentrum basel — classic day

We covered the Classic Day for Porsche Zentrum Basel on film. The piece runs just under two minutes and moves between the car park, the mountain pass and the terrace. It shows classic 911s in red and white, among them a Carrera RS, drivers getting into their cars, a long line of Porsches on a mountain road beneath steep rock faces, and aerial shots of the route through meadows and forest. In between are the people: conversations at a high table on a terrace by the water, a laugh at an open car door, encounters between participants indoors. The edit alternates between warm colour footage and a few black and white shots. The result is an event film that shows the cars but above all captures the mood among the people who drove them.
